Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe mango, diced

  • 1 Ripe avocado, diced

  • 1c. Quartered grape tomatoes

  • 1 Small jalapeno, finely chopped

  • 1/4 Red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Freshly chopped cilantro

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tsp. Extra-virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt

  • Tortilla chips, for serving


Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and season with salt. Toss gently to combine and serve with chips.
